ooo...love them. And such different styles too! I hope you all enjoy :)
Since last post, I have been getting some emails inquiring about decorative borders. Like in this layout here
I have put this little video together for you so that you can see how I do it. There are probably other ways but this is the process that I use to make decorative borders in Photoshop.
Thank you so much for the video demonstration & the free brush... both are really neat :-) I can't wait to try this technique on my next page. Thanks!

Digital papers come 12 x 12 @ 300dpi. So if you print them they would be the exact size of a normal
12 x 12 paper. Now...The important thing is to keep it at 300dpi no matter what changes you make.
Open it in Photoshop. It will be 12 x 12. To make an 8.5 x 11 (or any page that is not square) you can do any of the two options.
1.) Click on your crop tool and put in the size you want at the top. Remember to put 300 for the dpi. Then drag the crop tool as big as it will go on you page and it will end up being the size you want.
2.) Create another document the size you want and then drag the PP on top of it. This is super easy.
NOTE:...if you take a paper and try to make it 8.5 x 11 for example, from the IMAGE SIZE menu alone it will not do it. It can't change the SHAPE of the paper. You have to do it using the one of the two methods above. But if you want a 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 then you can change that easily in the IMAGE SIZE menu.
Email me if you have anymore questions honey and I will explain more. ^_^
