Well, today isn't just Fathers Day ya know ^_^....no but really...Happy Fathers Day guys! I hope your weekend is going great :) I've been taking it slow lately. Enjoying family life the way it is now before it changes forever. It's been swimming and eating out and movies and games and wrestling and toys and everything under the sun it seems. But fun all the way. I usually sit back and watch the action. While snacking on something of course :) Ok...let me get to the point of this post lol!
I have a new freebie for you all. Something super simple. Some Fathers Day inspired brushes.
There are 6 frames + a star and a heart. Just a little something for your projects. These would be super cool to print off too! You can download it
here: Download Kd_FathersDay_Brushes
If you have any questions or anything then email me and I will get right back with you! :) I made a little something with the 'Remember This' frame
I caught them playing games together in Kody's room. LOVE this picture! So yeah, enjoy the rest of the weekend and I will be back soon!

Okay, I do have a question, but not a technie one. ;-) I love the size of what you made and posted here. How will you use that? Is it 8 1/2 x 11 and will it go right into your album or do you have other plans for it? Or does it just live on your HD until you decide how you might display it? I am just so curious. Or will you place it as is on a 12x12 neutral background maybe? You make things in so many sizes...do they all get printed and how do you do your albums? How's that for one million (and one) questions? hehe. I would just love to see a post sometime on how you are doing your albums and such these days. =)

No, those are all good questions. I actually haven't made an album yet with my digital kits other than the 'Week in the Life' album you can see on the right. That album is 8x8. These are made to fit an 8x8 with a some wiggle room width wise but you can always make them smaller. They work perfect on the inside of a 4x6 photo. If I were to use these in an album I would decide what size I wanted to make it. Make sure the brushes still have their quality at that size and print on cardstock. If you wanted to print a digital page then I recommend printing it out on photo paper. You can always resize a 12x12 page down to 9x9 or 8x8 etc, if you don't have full size printer (which I don't) For what I just did...I would print it out on an 8.5x11 piece of photo paper and that would be that. I could

...ok seems like I talked too much lol! But yeah. I could add more to it after I print it, cut it out or what have you. The journaling would probably be too small so I make sure I record my journaling in my Mac Journal. But I think I will keep this on the computer for now ^_^ I hope I've helped some and thanks for the love honey!
