Oh dude, as a child I was visiting the hospital weekly to patch me up. Every time my parents told me not to do something or go somewhere because it's dangerous you can be rest assured I jumped right in there... It's a miracle that the only time I actually broke a bone was when I broke my pinkie-toe while running into the wall when I rushed out of my room for dinner (I never just walked).
When I was 8 I ran right into some bare scaffolding in front of my dad's eyes. They were stuck maybe 1/8" below my eye. My teacher thought I was a battered child :)
Then, when I started junior high I became the greatest geek ever. I just decided that I am tired of getting into trouble...
